Once again..another escape for the year end holiday. Packed my bag and off to the town.. Had a home-stay at YM place and her mother cooked "salty tang yuan" for the winter festival.. mm..the soup taste good..but to be honest, i felt odd to mix both them together..== it taste like you're eating tang yuan with pork soup.. *weird* but for people who usually cook tang yuan this way will find it delicious because the soup is really good..^^
Celebrated my Xmas twice in JB + Singapore, but both trip is totally different. Previous year i spent most of the days in Singapore. Eat, Shop, Window shop and .... Last year, more days in JB and only half day in Singapore. well..everything was good..really enjoy the trip. Once we arrived in JB, straight away we headed to Desaru Resort, nice beach..^^ The buildings, the beach, the sea, and the view are so natural and relaxing. It's a nice place for weekend escape or holiday trip.
Oh ya, finally i've tried JB "Kueh Teow Kia", which is actually similar to our "Kueh Chap" in Kuching. They serve the food separately instead of mix it all in a bowl, and the soup is slightly different. Go get a try when you visit JB next time..^^
Hmm..Yes, this is the one. Xmas dinner!! 100% home-made by Darius and his siblings. You know what, they're brilliant. They followed the instruction from the videos on Youtube, bought the ingredients and done the preparation. Genius! o.O

As usual there were visiting activities going on. This year, unexpectedly i spent my first day at home, worked as a maid
for my elder brother, serving his friends and colleagues who came for the "Open House". my goodness..i could hardly take a sit and rest, the crowd went in and out continuously and you know what..these people have bad table manner, they wasted the food, left the plates on the table like a mess..(== macam ginna) and order for Beer like for free (okay..it is FREE, but just few of them had already drunk about few dozens..) at last i end up asking for help from my cousins..
Next day, the 2nd day of CNY and i always dress myself with my favorite new clothe He.. why do i do this?? Hmm..i'm not sure about it. =P And we had a photo shooting session this year as well, a Big Group.. included my elder uncle and his family from Miri and KL. It is the best that we could gather together once in a while..
with others, helped my mum preparing meals and watched TV whole night.. ASTRO..your feel good channel. LOL. Finished one drama series named "Autumn's Concerto". How much i miss those days with ASTRO.. Kampar has no TV, no radio and now i have no laptop somemore.. what a life.. ==
a great time with them at Delizze. CNY for our age now is no longer a festival where we get excited with lion dance, fire crackers and Ang Bao.. For us, it is a chance where we could come together and have a little sharing with each other after we're long apart and before the next time we see each other again.. =) Happy New Year People!!
